1. Choose your brand-name product and your Worry-Free Payment Plan
To start shopping worry-free at Rent-A-Center, simply choose your brand-name product and your Worry-Free Price. The choice is yours – you can:
► Pay CASH and own it immediately (for the lowest possible price).
• You own it outright.
► Pay 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH and own it in 90 days (same as cash price with no interest).
• Once you’ve paid the cash price in full after 90 days, you own it outright.
► EARLY PURCHASE Option (if you need more than 90 days).
• Allows you to pay off your item when you’re ready and still save significantly on your remaining total cost.
► Make WEEKLY payments (for the lowest possible payments).
• Allows you pay as you go with no long-term commitment. You can pay it off and own it over time or bring your item back and stop paying
► Make BI-WEEKLY or MONTHLY payments (to make fewer payments overall)
• Allows you pay as you go with no long-term commitment. You can pay it off and own it over time or bring your item back and stop paying.

To get started, just choose one of the following options to submit an application:

Start An Application Online. Just click the “Start An Application” button and answer a few simple questions (with no obligation to rent-to-own or purchase). Then you can ask for a store to contact you, or continue to fill out the application online (which will speed things up when you finish your transaction at the store).

Find A Store near you. Visit the store in person or call and speak to one of our associates.

Call (800) 665-5510 to be routed to a store near you.
Once your application is submitted, you will need to visit the store in person or arrange the details over the phone so we can schedule delivery, finalize your rental agreement, and verify your residence, source of income and personal references.

► Worry-Free Delivery and Set-up

Your item will be professionally delivered and set up at no extra charge. In most cases, we can get it to you the same day! Typical delivery windows are 1 - 3 p.m., 3 - 5 p.m. and 5 - 7 p.m., but we will work around your schedule. (Gas appliance set up not available.)
► Worry-Free Service

If an item requires service during the lease term, don’t worry. We’ll repair it quickly and at no additional cost. In fact, if a repair cannot be performed right away, we'll give you a loaner while you wait. Call your store or our Customer Care Department at 1-800-422-8186 for help with repairs or other issues.
► Worry-Free Ways to Pay

Worry-Free Shopping wouldn’t be complete if you didn’t have easy ways to make your payments. At Rent-A-Center you can choose to pay online (via ePay), by phone, or at your Rent-A-Center store. And in select stores, you can set up automatic payments. (Check your local store for availability.)
► Worry-Free Upgrade

Doesn’t it seem like styles and technology change by the minute? What if you finally saved up for something, and now you don’t want it – but you’re still stuck paying for it? At Rent-A-Center, you never miss out. There’s never a long-term commitment, so at any time you can upgrade an item to something bigger, newer or with more features and benefits. (Your payments will change accordingly.)
► Worry-Free Payment Freeze

We understand that there may be times when things pop up and you need to spend your money elsewhere. So if you’re ever in a bind, just let us know. You can return your product, and simply freeze your payments. When you are ready, you can re-rent the same or comparable item at any time and pick up your payments where you left off without losing what you paid in.

Worry-Free Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
Delivery and set-up are included and RAC services and maintains the merchandise while on rent or in NJ for duration stated on agreement; set-up does not include connection of gas appliances. For model upgrades, simply return the product you are currently renting and open a new agreement for another model. To restart an agreement on a returned product, Rent-A-Center will retain your payment records for two years. Thereafter, simply bring in your last payment receipt for reinstatement.
